“The wand is a great hight and it's nice and light however the floor piece dosnt fit on it very good and keeps falling off which is frustrating”

We’re glad to hear you’re happy with the wand’s height and weight, but we’re sorry to hear the floor piece isn’t fitting securely, that definitely shouldn’t be happening. The correct method is a gentle fit-and-twist motion—this preserves the friction within the connections, keeping the parts secure for longer. We also recommend using a smooth gliding push–pull motion when vacuuming, rather than lifting the floor tool and placing it back down with force. Lifting can place extra stress on the connection point and contribute to loosening over time, whereas gliding ensures consistent performance and helps extend the life of your equipment. “We've grown to love our Velo because of the lower weight and our move away from exits. However the collapsable wand stopped locking after something was caught in it and we had to quickly employ the plastic wand from our old Thrift. Unfortunately that too started to come apart at inopportune times. So we purchased the chrome wand and haven't looked back since. Its sturdy, fits like a glove and looks professional. It even comes wrapped in plastic so it looks pristine when you open the box.”
