“We've grown to love our Velo because of the lower weight and our move away from exits. However the collapsable wand stopped locking after something was caught in it and we had to quickly employ the plastic wand from our old Thrift. Unfortunately that too started to come apart at inopportune times. So we purchased the chrome wand and haven't looked back since. Its sturdy, fits like a glove and looks professional. It even comes wrapped in plastic so it looks pristine when you open the box.”
