Hi Bev, if you want to send it back I can swap it out for the Conductor Gel which will be more suited to the Gel Pads.

Hi Amanda, Apologies for not getting back to you sooner. You will see on our accessories instructions that we do recommend trying water if you do not have the spray. The spray itself is ION based so it is better at conducting and moisturising and is not the same as water but yes works in a similar way, but better.
