“As I get older I find when I wake in the morning that my hands don't work first thing. Using the pain pod on my palms sorts the problem out really quickly and work for usually a week or two before having to use it again. I also use it on my feet and ankles. I have Plantar fasciitis at the moment and as my job is mostly on my feet it is a big problem. I have been using the pain pod along with some exercises and it is coming along nicely. If I miss a night I sure know the next morning. I dropped the old one on the tiles and the screen cracked but it kept going for ages then I dropped it again oops.
