“I have been ordering bouffant caps from PalmFlex for many years. I usually order 12 cases at a time, 3 or 4 times a year. I have been VERY pleased with how easy it is to place online orders. Since all my info is saved in the system it only takes 1-2 minutes to place an order!! This last time I placed an order of 12 cases, the shipment was broken up into 3 separate orders (via UPS). I was unaware of this and emailed PalmFlex alerting them that i was short 1 case. Well Kris from customer service was immediately all over this, and contacting me via (phone call) to say that she going to locate that box ASAP.......and she did!!
