“I expected the photobook to be better quality for the price, you can make a similar product on cheaper sites like photo box etc for cheaper, very expensive considering the end product looked a bit cheap, and some of the bigger photos were blurry. Probably because the image quality wasn't good enough, but other sites will often tell you if you've chosen images that will blur when blown up. The product is fine but at a price point of which you'd expect better quality. The assembly of the photo book online was also not very easy or user friendly and I'm a person who's very comfortable with tech.”

“The book is beautiful and very good quality. I had an issue when my order arrived as there was a bash on the front of the book which must’ve happened in transit. I contacted Papier and received a response almost immediately and was sent a replacement which was prioritised. Their customer service was excellent.”
