“The invitation itself was nice. The card stock is thick and high quality, and the design is simple and pretty. However, I have had a pretty rough time with my order from Papier. When my order came, it was disheveled and improperly packed, which led to a few of the envelopes and invitations being damaged. I also didn’t receive any of the RSVP envelopes I purchased. After I emailed them, they sent me 78 envelopes when I paid for and ordered 150. I’m incredibly frustrated as I need to send these invitations out soon and Papier has made this process a bit of a nightmare. I don’t recommend using this company for something as important as a wedding invitation.”
