“The paper is quite thin, you can see through the previous/next page lines. I was quite disappointed with the color, my calendar cover is orange and it is not the same as pictured in the web site photos: the item photos and the photographs with real person. The bright orange color was one of my main reasons to choose this product among other options but in reality the color is much more toned town and not as bright. I hope you would't edit your photos the way that makes the items look brighter than they really are. Also the gift card is printed off / seems like done in a hurry. I know this might seem like a fussy notion but if you want customers to think of your products as good quality items (as they seem to be) I wish this would be noted also in 'not so important' small details because it makes the difference. Otherwise the calendar / planner meets the expectations given on the web page and I do like the possibility to personalize the planner.”
Hi Sanna, we're sorry to hear this, thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback. A backlit screen can make items look a little brighter on the site, however I do want to investigate whether a printing issue has occurred here as it sounds like there is a significant disparity.
