“I bought this as a Mother’s Day present for myself, I spent days deciding on the design and was very excited for it. It arrived and the packaging was open at both ends and damaged. The book had damage to the pages and the binding on the book was bent and unusable, when I contacted customer service they offered a partial refund which was so disappointing as the book wasn’t even usable, they then offered replacement which arrived damaged as well with bent binding also.”
