“I designed my own save-the-dates and wanted to print them through Papier. The upload process and instructions were very clear and easy. When my proof was sent to me, the trimming was off so I reached out to customer service. The rep verified it was not my fault and placed a new proof order. After waiting two weeks for the new proof I come to find out the proof was canceled without telling me. When I reached out again and ordered a new proof, it arrived and once again the trimming was off. After these two failed attempts and poor experience I decided to order my save the dates through a different company. Love Papier's other products but their printing isn't grea”
