“I really love my sleep journal. I’ve been using it for a week and it’s great to look back and see any patterns. After the first week there is a review section where you use your first week to gain insights and draw conclusions through self assessment.
The paper and print quality are beautiful and I love the cover design I chose. I’m looking forward to reading all the various insights and advice sections as I work my way through the book.
So far the form pages are nicely designed and fun to fill / shade in. They categories have been well thought out and I’m hoping will really help with my sleep.
On the downside, I have found myself getting a bit confused when filling in the daily entries. There is a morning section and evening review for each day, but I’ve found myself getting mixed up as to whether I ought to be filling in the sleep details for the night before, or for the evening at the end of that actual day. It sounds silly, but I think these sections could be reworded slightly to make them clearer, especially when you’re in a rush for work and don’t have the time to worry about whether you are doing it right.
Also I’ve noticed quite a few typos which I’ve found somewhat frustrating since the journal wasn’t cheap, but the quality, insights and easy to use sections more than make up for it.
This is a super and very insightful journal that I would certainly recommend.”
