“I received a faulty product. I ordered the spiral bound academic planner. What I received was shocking. All the pages had been cut unevenly meaning the white of the pages stood beyond the cover. The cover was on an angle relative to the paper. And all of the pages inside were aligned unevenly within the spiral meaning some stood further out and some further in. It’s so messy and makes it tricky to close and keep neat as some pages are getting bent where they stick out. I was offered 20% off to keep this product. Which I think is terrible as I this is the kind of poor quality I would expect of a pound shop notebook. For £22 I was expecting a premium product. Shocking quality for a very high price. Wouldn’t buy again. Disappointing to have to keep this product in order to avoid waste. They didn't make we aware of any attempt to investigate the batch number to see if others had been affect. Maybe they didn’t care.”
