“Disappointed with the smell and customer support The duvet is soft, warm, and has a nice weight to it—but unfortunately, it came with an unpleasant smell that hasn't gone away even after 3 months of use. I eventually had to stop using it altogether because the smell was so persistent. I reached out to the customer service team, and their only suggested solution was to use Febreze to mask the odor—which felt very disappointing given that the product is advertised as organic and chemical-free and it is not cheap at all. I was hoping for a better resolution, but after requesting further support, I haven’t heard back from them in several days. I really wanted to love this product, but I feel let down and unheard.”

“I switched from microfibre filling duvet to this duvet as I usually sweat at night. I'm very glad that it has solved my issue. I have had nice, warm, and good sleeping quality with this duvet. The only small issue is that it keeps moving inside my duvet cover.”

“Hard to describe but it's different, very good different! We went for the 10 tog which is perfect. I experience night sweats and it feels a smooth and cool weight. Our greyhound also highly approves as he has started sleeping on it when we are out!!”
