“So, first we bought one fitted sheet and it was so soft and beautiful to sleep on we decided to buy a paragon duvet cover. Following that we bought another set, and the rest is history. The old bed linen will never be used again, except for decorating! THANK YOU”

“If you don't want to sweat through the night, do not buy their bedding! It may feel soft to the touch, but it is COMPLETELY NON-BREATHABLE, to a point where both my and my partner (who never has trouble with night sweats) found it unusable. It is not our duvet's fault, we use a Simba duvet and when we slept without a cover, we had no issues. Only when we put on Paragon Bamboo duvet cover, we found it impossible to sleep, stuffy and sweaty under their cover. Customer support completely dismissed the problem saying "there is nothing faulty with the duvet" despite it not being "moisture-wicking" or "ultimate sleep comfort" as they say on the website. So from their e-mail it sounds like the lack of breathability is the product's feature and not a fault. The customer service just repeated that there are no refunds/returns and offered no advice or resolution. Atrocious and dismissive service, product unusable, definitely not worth the money.”

I am sorry that you found that our duvet cover made you and your partner sweat. This is a most unusual comment, not something we have heard before. I am sure you will understand that we cannot issue a refund on an item of bedding that has been used.
