“55 and post menopausal. Doc. prescribed an estrogen insert. It left me with cramps that ran down my legs. I was told to stop the inserts because 1(of many) side effect is blood clots. No alternative was offered. I started researching on my own and landed on parlor games site. GAME CHANGER!! I am back to having comfortable, enjoyable sex.
