I was going through a really stressful time, so much so that I couldn't fall asleep. Taking this every night has helped me from the very first night!

I have been taking one of these before bed for the last 3 weeks and have really felt a difference in a) how quickly i fall asleep and b) how rested I feel upon waking! I am so happy that I feel more rested because this was really starting to interfere with my life. I now feel one step closer to being a morning person.

I can sleep again! I had the hardest time staying asleep during times of stress and one of these a night has helped me not only stay awake but rise feeling refreshed. Thank you Parsley (and Mag Gly)!

I've been taking Parsley's Magnesium Glycinate and it has changed my sleep habits. I've had trouble falling and staying asleep for the past 11 years, but after taking this for a little over a month, I've seen a huge change in how quickly I fall asleep, my quality of sleep, and how well my muscles recover from workouts!
