“The toilet seat itself is great, however there are no spare parts for when the screws that hold the lid in place break or wear out. My mum has a situation where we have had to purchase this product again, as there are no available spare parts - her husband is in the state where he has to be dragged from the toilet due to lack of strength and the screws broke off. a little disappointing, but generally a greatproduct.”
“We were looking at installing a raised height toilet and were quoted $2600 for a new toilet (side waste disposal) but with a little research we discovered "Patient Handling" provided 3 raised seats that easily fitted on top of an existing toilet bowl for under $100 each. I very easy option to install and with a range of 50 mm, 100 mm and 150 mm raised seats covering a range of height options.
