Hi Stephen - Customer Service have made contact with you to check if you need any assistance with fitting the raised toilet seat. It is a universal fit, designed for standard shaped toilet bowls so we should be able to get you all set up. Best regards - the team at PH

This product arrived on time (within the specified delivery period) and in good condition. Although no installation instructions were provided with the unit, a short examination of the product's construction proved sufficient to allow quick and easy fitting to our standard toilet. After the initial installation, my wife decided she wanted the height changed from the default (middle height) setup. This was easy to carry out and since then, she has been very happy. With knees that cannot deal with stress or twisting, my wife now finds it much easier to get on and off the toilet without the pain she was experiencing using the standard height seat.

Ordered this as my wife has a disability with lower limbs. The product has proved to be very helpful and is far better than we originally believed it would be. It has been a very satisfactory choice for us. Easy to instal and easy to clean. Very happy with it.

The raised toilet seat has been very helpful in assisting access to the toilet...in sitting and getting up. The installation was slightly difficult as the unit didn't come with instructions and the install wasn't intuitive. in practice now, unable to use both arms and would reconsider if arms are necessary in this case.

I agonised for ages about whether or not to buy this product for someone who has knee and balance problems and has trouble getting up and down on a normal toilet seat. I needn't have worried. This has solved the problem beautifully. It wasn't difficult to install either. I highly recommend it for anyone with similar problems.

Recently purchased this item so that anyone can comfortably use the toilet without it feeling like an aged care facility! Its like sitting on a normal toilet. It is super high quality and I would highly recommend. Its great that it has a lid which looks so much better than many alternatives. Definitely worth the money. The fold back arms are a bonus because you can move them out of the way if you don't need to use them. Also no annoying feet and small aperture like some of the other models available for this purpose.
