“The trolley ordered was delivered with significant damage. by the state of the carton this had not happened in its transport. the degree that the rear wheel was out of alignment, it must have been subject to a significant force before being packed for delivery. my complaint justified by clear photos took a week to resolve that I was entitled to a replacement. On arrival, it could be seen that this was a totally new trolley in a box that appeared to have never been opened. Unpacking it revealed that the first trolley had been a repack of an already damaged trolley. Will I purchase from Patient Handling again. Probably not.”
“I find the trolley walker easy to use, and it is excellent for transporting bits and pieces throughout the house with little trouble. The handles are not quite rigid though - they wobble back and forth a bit, but I can see no way to stop that - perhaps that is how they are designed to be. I am used to that now anyway.
