“I have no issues with the Handi Reacher. It is an excellent tool- I used one whilst in hospital.
My issue is that it took 3 weeks after ordering for your parcel to arrive, by which time I did not need it. Goods ordered from different places, at the same time, arrived in a very timely manner.”
