“My little 2.8kg dog loves her new harness. With tiny dogs it can be hard to find sturdy functional harnesses that fit right. Her old harness came up too high on her throat and she clearly found it uncomfortable. The PerfectFit harness really is a perfect fit! She is obviously more comfortable in it. It doesn't. It's too big.
“I was told by a Perfect Fit representative to order the size I ordered, and it's too big for my dog. I ordered this from Europe and am in the US, so it's expensive to return it, but my plan is to return it. I'm just waiting for return instructions.”

Keep everything that you have for the moment. I can send you out some alternative pieces to try, free of charge. We just ask that you send us back any unwanted items once you are happy with the fit.
In the meantime, please do not use the harness as the pieces need to be in resalable condition to be exchanged.
