Have been able to train him to accept a harness which he struggled with previously.
“We needed a replacement piece for our PerfectFit harness and I unfortunately ordered the wrong size.
The customer service couldn't have been better and we were quickly able to figure out what item I needed instead, pay the difference and have the replacement sent out.
The replacement arrived quickly and we now have 'perfect' harness again!
The harness is great and we have been using it for over a year now (on recommendation from our behaviourist) for our pup who had an aversion to ones that went over his head.
We've been able to customise it so well to fit him and have the reflective top - really useful on dark walks.
Would thoroughly recommend to anyone who is considering getting one.”

My pup doesn't like a collar so a professionally fitted harness is required

I had ordered a smaller size but after a quick communication with the sales team advisor (Jake) additional parts were posted/ tried and fitted (at no extra cost).
