My neighbour recommended you to me however his dogs harness had PERFECT FIT written on it x is this an extra charge come as standard or only suitable in certain harnesses ? Just curious x”

I have just had a look and the reason that your harness does not say 'PerfectFit' on the top piece is because you have chosen a reflective one. Due to the stiffer reflective webbing, it is not possible to include the logo on that option.

Ease of putting on and ability to change individual pieces as he grows
“At six months old we had already worked our way through multiple harnesses that either didn’t fit properly or our JRT pup, Arty, had already grown out of when a friend recommended PerfectFit to me. This was quickly followed by reading loads of positive reviews on a JRT Facebook group I belong to.
We contacted customer services for help with size ordering, and they were so amazingly helpful. The harness arrived a few days later and again customer services helped us with fitting to make sure we had the PerfectFit! (Pun intended !) This was all over email just by sending photos.
Customer service was second to none and really impressed with ease of putting on the harness. Arty seems so comfy in it too! Now we only need to replace individual sections rather than whole harnesses again as he grows!”
