It’s soft and strong. It doesn’t need to go over his head .
“My dog’s third PerfectFit harness (we keep a spare and somehow have lost one ) it fits beautifully and is lovely and soft , easy to put on and looks great. We just place it on his back with one side done up , bring his front leg through and clip up the other side. I have just recommended it to friends.”
