“Ordered the size as guided by the website and gave an accurate girth measurement. Front and bottom straps done up as far as they will go. Girth strap is as tight as i can comfortably do it. On the 4th day of wearing it, he escaped from it and wouldn't come back (he's a rescue with no recall and that's why he's on a harness and long line). The front D ring constantly turns out of place despite using it in conjunction with the back ring. Now I have to use a small safety strap to connect the harness to his collar just incase he slips out of it again. At least the harness will still be attached to the collar so he can't run off. Not very impressed having spent nearly £50 including next day delivery.”

We're sorry to hear that the fit of your harness isn’t quite right. We can send you out some alternative pieces to try, free of charge to prevent your pup getting out of the harness and improve the fit.

It would also be useful to see some pictures of your dog in the harness so that I can get a better idea of which pieces could do with changing up.
