It is to put on and take off and is very comfortable.
“I love this harness and so does my Jack Russell. It really is a perfect fit! So much so that I have now bought another one in a different colour for when the first harness needs washed or gets wet. The harness has lovely soft bits so is very comfortable. I put it over my dog’s head but always unclip to take it off as easier.”
