“Honestly, I'm a bit disappointed with the whole experience. Instead of guessing, I emailed my dog's measurements (double-checked by the local pet store owner) and purchased the sizes PerfectFit recommended to me. It was way too large, so they sent me new pieces. Some of the new pieces aren't adjustable at all, so while it fits okay, it definitely isn't perfect. And I now have to return the too-large pieces (again, that a PerfectFit agent recommended) at my own expense.”
Thank you for the feedback, Katy. If you are unhappy with the fit of your harness, we are more than happy to arrange for some alternative pieces to be sent out to you to see if it can be improved. Alternatively, please do return it for a refund.
As each dog is so individual, there is really no substitute for having the dog and the harness in the same room, which is why we offer to send out alternative pieces for you to try if the fit isn't quite perfect. We cover the cost to send these out and do not ask for payment for them upfront. We do therefore ask the customer to cover the cost of returning any unwanted items. However, as the most important thing to us is that a dog has a safe and comfortable harness, if this is a problem, we are more than happy to cover the cost of the return. We will be in touch directly to arrange the next steps.

The customer service is AMAZING I’m struggling to get the perfect size for our 14 month old German shepherd as she is still growing and quite slim at the moment, but the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. Yes! One piece is a bit big because she’s a puppy but it was the better option and still works a treat.
