“Amazing customer service. Our order was stated as delivered to a pick up point by the courier but they hadn't received it. Was strange as we were home and no delivery was attempted as shown by our doorbell camera. I contacted PerfectFit and they responded promptly stating that they would send out a replacement which arrived the next day. The harness we bought was recommended by Dogs Trust and they had been using this on our rescue dog, we wanted to try to reduce stress as he is head shy and is used to this harness being fitted. The harness is really good quality and they have a great range of colours. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the wonderful customer service.”
