How does the PerfectFit Harness benefit your dog?

“Bad customer serice!! I phone on the day i placed the order because i wasn't sure that i had ordered the right size. I phone just after 9 am and explained that i wasn't sure if i had ordered the right size, the woman took my details and said someone from customer service would phone me which they never did and just sent my order out, awful customer service!! Now i have a harness which is not right and im not going to pay to return it why should i pay!! why should the customer be out of pocket!! I would of given you zero stars but had to click on one. How do you come up with the mesasurements for the top part! Not all dogs from the same breed are the same sizing around the shoulders, neck area but no information on seperate pieces what the actual size of them are. So a very unhappy customer. I would not reconmend your company to anyone!!”
