“Product made perfectly as requested, preview nearly caused a heart attack. At the end of the day the product was made perfectly as requested, and it arrived very quickly. The reason for four stars was that the preview e-mail sent for approval was completely wrong - caused great concern. The preview was redone correctly but not a word of explanation as to what happened.
A little more care in the process and follow-up would have been appreciated.”
