“Very easy to order. Quick delivery. The only thing wrong is a small mark on the back were the matt black is missing.”

Hi Leigh, Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re glad to hear you found the ordering process easy and that your order arrived quickly. We’re sorry to hear about the small mark on the back where the matte black finish is missing. If you could please send a photo of the issue to hello@personalisedfavours.com.au, we’ll be more than happy to review it and work with you to resolve this for you. Thanks & regards, PF Team x

“This was a last minute rushed order for my grandson's birthday. I was so impressed with the excellent quality of the mug and the personalisation looks amazing, he loves it! It even arrived earlier than expected! A very happy customer who will not hesitate to order from you again. Thank you”
