“Disappointed with engraved Xmas boxes. I ordered 8 assuming they were all printed but mistake and was told to accept them. I then got my order of 8 in two lots as one must take longer than the other and the second had little wooden gifts in them which was lovely but I was told they were chose at random
When I asked where are the toys from guest lit and the. Told sorry we offended you by sending toys. !!! No! That’s not what was offensive. But boxes are made well so that’s a plus and I will say communication is also regular too.”
