Communications before hand was very smooth and I was reassured to receive the products in time. Once I had received the candles I was so happy with the quality but unfortunately one was broken and another was chipped. So I contacted the company and without any hesitation they replaced the two candles very fast. Amazing communication, good quality and very fast.
