It was beautiful and affordable ,smells good and just enough to satisfy may satisfaction.
But one thing that makes me sad when i check the item when i got into the bottom layer there was a 3 product damage”

“I wasn’t too sure about ordering a candle online, especially a personalised one as I usually want to see the product before I buy it. However, I was very impressed with the work by Personalised Favours.
The ordering process was quick and helpful, I was able to message a staff member while I was on the website which really helped with any questions I had. I sent in my request and the artwork was created and send to my email for review within a day or two for my approval!
The delivery was also quick, around about 2 weeks. When I received my purchase, I was really happy to see how detailed and precise the writing was! It’s very clear, and done with high quality. I can’t remember if I chose a scent, but the one I ordered smells like a mix between vanilla and maybe lemon. I’m not too sure, but I’m usually picky with the smell of candles and I like the sent of this one, not too subtle and not too strong.
