“We were gifted 2 glasses with a picnic table. On arrival one glass was broken. The service and attention to detail, to replace this breakage was outstanding. The replacement glass arrived very quickly in N.Z. I recently broke a glass and ordered another 5. Our "pattern" was still available and again one broken on arrival. This was quickly dealt with and I am sure will arrive soon to complete a set of 6.
