“Christmas glasses. I ordered a few dozen Christmas glasses for our Christmas table. They arrived very quickly. Unfortunately one was broken. I emailed the next day, including a photo of the broken glass. It was replaced very quickly. No problems. Great service. I will use personalised Favours again. I like the fact that they are "local' too, rather than overseas.”
