My experience was a great ordering experience, well organised artwork confirmation and generally a smooth process in terms of order confirmation etc.
Then the glasses arrived. One was broken. This is where Personalised Favours come into their own. Once I’d informed them, rectification was faultless. Apologetic, efficient, offering choices. Replacement glass arrived very soon.
True Customer Service is rare these days. This company has it nailed. I am a very particular customer and what impressed me is what happened when things didn’t go perfectly (even though the breakage wasn’t their fault).
Bottom-line: I can’t recommend them highly enough. Order here, you’ll be happy..”
