When I first received my hammer I was disappointed to find that I was missing one side of text as it was overlooked I was so upset as it was my husbands Christmas present from our children and their office was closed for Christmas song sent an email and received a reply within the next few days they did everything possible to rectify the issue and I was express couriered the correct product with all correct personalisation at their cost. Despite the mess up and my stress I would purchase again as it was rectified so quickly (I am in WA) and I know Christmas is such a busy period for us all. Thank you.
