“Ordered two of these gifts. Design team communication, great. One sent via Australia Post interstate. Well packaged, received was perfect. The other was never delivered by their courier service within the same state. I did get a refund, disappointed and embarrassed that my gift wasn’t received. Fault of courier service (Aramex) and will purchase again as long as delivered by Australia Post.”
