“Well it’s a gift for my Mum who is far away and even tho I didn’t get to see her reaction when she opened it, my trusted witnesses told me she absolutely loved how the gift was personalised and shed tears of joy. I also liked that I could send message along with the gift so that was a nice add on. I would’ve appreciated it more if I had a first time buyer discount tho because I remember it was quite expensive but oh well, personalised gifts aren’t meant to be cheap aren’t they?”
