“Unfortunately I felt misled by these as I was under the impression the image would be within the glass itself or at least pasted behind so the upper most surface you place something on remained the glass. Instead, it was a printed sticker placed on top of the glass coaster. I couldn't tell this was the case from the example image sent to me or images in the listing.
I tried to make the most of it still but my guests drink glasses all stuck to the printed image (repeatedly) which was laughable and the image itself gets wet and dirty since there is no glass protecting it.
The actual print out quality and glass component of the coaster itself is fine it just isn't what I felt the ad made it out to be. It is a glass coaster with a sticker stuck on top rather than within.
There was good communication with the design process after payment, it's just a shame there was a mismatch of expectations despite this. I really thought I was paying for something different to what I received. Unfortunately, disappointed, but if you know what to expect hopefully you won't be.”
