“The package arrived in good conditions, and the gift box actually looked quite decent! It was fairly heavy and was a nice weight that doesn't feel cheap. The option 1 writing is a bit thin which did not give it quite a 'wow' factor against the thick glass material but it was still nice. The decanter had some dirt streaks across it and did not come crystal clean/clear, have not yet tried to wipe it off, but I guess for a custom gift at this price, it's not a huge deal if it's not perfect. Tried to contact customer service when there was a small misunderstanding through the chat function and response was quick and issue was resolved in a timely manner.”
