“After not receiving my order. After not receiving my order within the expected time frame, I called up to see where my products were. I was told because I had chosen a wedding artwork it was not a priority to send before Christmas. This was a Christmas gift therefore to get it before Christmas I had to pay extra shipping ending up with a shipping total of approx $25 which was absolutely ridiculous as it was not my fault at all.
The product itself was great. Just a shame about shipping.”
