“The spelling on glasses was different to the box. You were going to replace the box but run out.
You then offered me 2 alternatives, I chose one and got no response. I followed it up, then followed it up again as Sat 12 is my friends 60th, and then you send me an email saying you haven't heard from me.

So disappointing, I now have nothing to give him for his landmark birthday.”
