“Love my first set and purchased another 2 to go with the first set. These two were made very poorly, the wood itself was two different sets of wood and the print appear to be different eg. One was burnt more than the other. All wood is different however for a set you would think they would try to do the same. I contacted customer service which was a delayed response and I was told this happens. My previous order was perfect. As a loyal customer this was disappointing. A little more effort would be appreciated.”
