“Quality of product and delivery times were good. I purchased three sets and had them personalised. Two of the names were short (4 letters each) and the placement of the names was good. Unfortunately the other name had 11 letters and the engraving was off centre on 2 pieces but okay on the other 2 which was disappointing. Time did not allow me to return this one item.”
