After seeing your review, we did try to reach out by phone and email to better understand your concerns and assist with a resolution, however we didn’t hear back. The bowls supplied were produced in line with the listing, which includes detailed measurements and images to help customers choose the most suitable size. It’s possible the smaller size may have been selected in error, but we’d be more than happy to review this with you as these are a popular, great quality line that's usually very well recieved.
