“The tea set is very cute and exactly what I expected but I was disappointed in the wrapping paper and bow which I payed I think around 8-10 dollars extra for so when I saw it was plain brown paper and a bow with your brand logo printed all over I felt ripped off, basically paid you for free advertising for your company. Have had to spend extra money buying nice wrapping paper to re wrap the gift.
