“Ordered to arrive well in time for Father's Day, some scotch glasses for my husband from the 3 kids. The proof on the site showed the 3 names, and even the order notes showed the 3 names.
On arrival and upon opening the items, my heart sank, one of the names was missing, on both glasses, well how??
I emailed straight away, I waited over 24 hrs with no response, so messaged the company through messenger, even then the reply was slow. Through messenger I asked for my email/complaint to be looked at asap. The email was very detailed and had photos attached as well as the order with order number which also showed the proof with the 3 names.
I was told I would have to wait and see what could be done, more waiting. I was eventually emailed that the items would be replaced and so sorry this happened.
I eventually got an email to say the items were on their way.
Father's Day is tomorrow and the items have not arrived. You would think express post would have been done?
The whole experience from start to finish, well, I can even say finish, as I still have no items, has been awful. Yes once I got communication, the issue seemed resolved and I appreciate that, but it could have been avoided if a simple double check, a proof was done and a proof sent to customer to check.
I was going to order off ebay, thought that would be easier, but wanted to support a local Aussie business, so gave this company a go, am starting to wonder if ebay would have been the better option now.
Now to wait and see when the items arrive and if the issue has been corrected, but that doesnt fix the issue that I have nothing though for the kids to give to their Dad for Father's Day, pretty bloody rotten. I would be very dubious to use this company again.”
