To clarify, your order was dispatched via Express Post exactly as advised at the time of purchase. While Express Post usually takes 1–2 business days, it was delayed as it was redirected from the original location listed at purchase. However, we do understand your frustration, and as a goodwill gesture, we have refunded the Express Post fee.
