“The holder for the tongs wasn't connected to anything in the box. It fell out of the box as I opened it, and there is a huge dint in the material on the interior of the box from it not fitting in there properly when they packed it. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my partner, and I now have to apologise to him when I give it to him.
Very disappointed. Not the quality, or effort on presentation I was hoping for to be honest”
